Many Reasons to Love a Job
Last month we asked you to tell us what you love about your job and we received some great responses. Employees from around the country shared what motivates them to perform at their best—from inspiring other people to giving back through their work, check out what employees had to say.
We picked our three favorite entries to highlight. Even though our event officially ended in February, any day can be a great day to feel good about work. Keep telling us why: share a photo or story on our Facebook page or mention us on Twitter (@apa_excellence) with the hashtag #ilovemyjob.

Nina Esaki, assistant professor, Springfield College, Massaschusetts:
I LOVE my job because it is centered around love for others. I am an assistant professor at the Springfield College School of Social Work in Springfield, MA.
