Focuses on the issue of job strain. A survey by ComPsych found that 56% of employees report that stress makes it more difficult to focus at work. 33% of employees stated they had been late or absent because of stress at work. 21% said that high strain caused them to make errors or miss deadlines, while 15% said that strain caused them to have more trouble getting along with coworkers and their bosses.
