This article focuses on five especially important aspects of training. First, the article advises organizations to train employees on how to accept, manage, and adapt to changes in organizational culture. Second, organizations should provide training to educate employees on how to develop and align their personal brands with the overarching brand of the organization. Third, the article recommends making training accessible through mobile platforms in order to facilitate ease of training for more employees. Fourth, organizations should develop training programs that are relevant for employee development and long-term value.
