Summary

This paper reviews the exiting literature on sexual harassment with the goal of assessing progress in the field. Results suggest that the answer is complex. While sexual harassment complaints have decreased 28%, complaints by males have increased, and merit resolutions and monetary benefits have increased. The paper also presents and addresses problems associated with the definition of sexual harassment.
